新現(xiàn)場采樣設(shè)備配陣列光譜儀對玉米秸稈飼料的品質(zhì)測量

干草的品質(zhì)在玉米的育種計劃中有重要意義，而傳統(tǒng)的測量秸稈品質(zhì)的方法的成本很高，有限經(jīng)費(fèi)的開采對秸稈的各基因變化不能完全掌握。文章介紹應(yīng)用NIRS對一個新采樣測量的方法來判斷玉米秸稈飼料的品質(zhì)。而這方法就是使用陣列式光譜儀Corona45NIR，安裝在J.Haldrup的設(shè)備上。


下圖顯示CORONA 45(Spectrometer)安裝在設(shè)備上的，方便安裝拆卸，測量快速及穩(wěn)定。
